RETURNS & REFUNDS
What do I have to do if I want to return my item? - If you are not happy with your artwork for any reason, we will be happy to issue you with a refund. Your artwork must be returned to us in perfect condition. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded.
Where do I send my items to? - To return your product, you should mail it in the original packaging and enclosing your receipt to: ÚNIC Gallery| Sagristans 9, 08002, Barcelona, Spain.
We ask that you take responsibility for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend you also use a trackable shipping service when returning your item, so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
When am I eligible for a refund? - You are entitled to a refund up to 10 days from despatch of goods. If 10 days have passed since the date of despatch, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
How does the refund process work? - Once your return is received, and providing your item is in perfect condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will notify you by email when we receive your item, and again when the refund has been processed.
